At Art+Object we strive to make selling at auction a simple and enjoyable experience, with a varied programme of auctions throughout the year.

Complimentary appraisals and a current market valuation of your artwork are available at Art+Object either by visiting our premises and speaking with one of our specialists or requesting an appraisal online or by email. Out of town appraisal appointments are available with one of our specialists in the other main centers around New Zealand several times throughout the year.

One of our specialists will discuss with you the current market value of your item and a suggested estimate to offer the item at auction. In consigning an item for sale at Art+Object, a reserve (minimum selling price) may be set and a contract for sale completed acknowledging the vendor commission, GST, insurance and photography fees. These fees are success-based and are applicable only in the event of a sale.

Art+Object sells on behalf of the vendor, with payment made to the vendor within fourteen working days of the auction date.
