Art+Object is happy to report a sale total of $2 228 150 from Wednesday evening’s auction of ‘Important Paintings and Contemporary Art’, achieved under the hammer. The auction resulted in new record prices for the work of Lisa Reihana ($94 433), Gregor Kregar ($69 454) and Grace Wright ($29 244). Further excellent prices were achieved for the work of Paul Dibble, Andy Warhol, Milan Mrksuich, Ralph Hotere, Bill Hammond, Tony Fomison, Peter Robinson, Jan Nigro, Guy Ngan and others.
