Auction Highlights

Art+Object is happy to report a combined sale total of $412 000, realized under the hammer, for our first auction of 2020. 100% by volume of the Scandinavian furniture collection was cleared. Top price of the evening went to Colin McCahon's 1959 ink and wash work, Northland which sold for $42 040 against an estimate of $30 000 - $40 000. Some of the preliminary highlights included:
