Auction Highlights
Posted on 6 March 2015
Over three hundred collectors packed ART+OBJECT to witness one of the most successful art and collectable auctions in New Zealand history. Over 98% sold under the hammer with lots regularly making two to three times their estimates. Unsurprisingly, Don Binney's Katoomba Fatbird (1982), led the evening results bringing $304 850 against its $200 000 - $300 000 estimate.
