Auction Highlights
Posted on 28 September 2020
Art+Object is delighted to report another remarkable auction result with a sale total of $717 040 for Thursday evening’s New Collectors & Modern Design auction. A good crowd was in attendance, competing against remote bidders through the internet, phone and absentees. Strong bidding lead to fantastic results: 100% of the Scandinavian collection was cleared and the entire Crown Lynn collection sold for way above the high estimates. The evening’s top price went to Stephen Bambury’s Being on the One, which realised $31 232.
